This study aims to (I) analyze how much influence between of receivable turnover to net income in the sub-sector of telecommunication's company and (2) analyze how much influence between of average collection period to net income in the sub-sector of telecommunication industry The analysis technique that is used in these research are: the classic assumption test (autocorrelation, multicolinearity, and heteroscedastics), multiple linier regression (Ftest and t-test). These results indicate that changes in the receivable turnover and average es not affect net income. It is caused by company's receivable management policy that runs poorly. Company's management prefer to transfer their capital to long-term investment. To overcome the problem of receivable turnover and average collection period in this company, the author suggest that the company should must the credit standards and receivable collection period.
