In the industrial company activity, inventory is the main asset for it's operation. Therefore companies need to pay attention in managing it's inventory turnover (inventory management) so the company's performance which reflected by the improvement of return on investment could be increase. The objective of this reseach is to kwon whether the inventory turnover has a significant influence on the return on investment. There are two variables in this research, namely inventory turnover and return on investment. This research uses analysis description method. Secondary data are collected through company's report which have correlation to inventory turnover and return on investment. The hypothesis of this research is inventory turnover has significant influence on return on investment. All data and information about this research were collected in certain period of time, using regression, correlation and determination analysis. For hypothetical test, this research used t-test statistical method. The application of analytical and hypothetical test metode is aimed to reveal if there is significant influence of inventory turnover to return on investment. From the statistical test, with level of confidence 95% (a.=0,05) and degree of freedom (n-2), t esul is 1,7109 and t be! is r t ta 3, 1825. Based on the result, we find out that Ho was accepted. This research conclude that inventory turnover has positive influence but not significant on the return on investment.
