This research is a case study in govemment hospitals with the title "Application of the Balanced Scorecard In General Hospital Dr H Mohamad Rabain". The purpose of this study was to compare the performance measurement in the General Hospital Dr H Mohamad Rabain if measured by using Standard quality of Service and the balanced scorecard. Estimation of work in hospitals is done for the year 2011 through 2013. Before using the balanced scorecard Hospital Dr H Mohamad Rabain lies in the “0” category but hardly enough to approach as nearly under the category of less than “0”, but after applying concept of a balanced scorecard that hospitals have increased by “0.27”. Performance assessment of General Hospital Dr H Mohamad Rabain using a balanced scorecard for 3 years showed much different results. With the balanced scorecard, management can measure the performance of companies with more comprehensive, so that management can improve its performance in the future. From some of the financial benchmarks, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Dr H Mohamad Rabain Hospitals is good enough.
