The purpose in this research is to study The Influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Book Value (B VJ per share on stock price of property companies in Jakarta Stock Exchange on Desember 1999 up to Desember 2003. ROA, ROE, ROI, DER and BV per share as independent vanables and the stock price as dependent variable. ROA, ROE, ROI, DER and BV per share influence the stock price simultaneously and partially. This research was done to JO companies from 35 companies which are registered as the member of property industry in Jakarta Stock Exchange that chosen by purposive sampling technique with criteria companies which always reported it 's financial statement from Desember 1999 up to Desember 2003 and "known and recognized" enough by investors. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The analysis used 5% degree of significance. The result of this research is Return on Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Book Value (BV) share have a significant influence on stock price simultaneously but partially only BVPS has a positive significant influence on stock price while ROA, ROE, ROI and DER have not a positive significant influence on stock price.
