The purposes of this research are to know : 1) simultaneously do liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, and solvability ratio have a significant effect to self-owned Capital growth, in mining based companies those are being listed on Indonesian stock exchange from 2004 to 2008 ; 2) partially do liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, and solvability ratio have a significant effect to self-owned Capital growth, in mining based companies those are being listed on Indonesian stock exchange from 2004 to 2008, 3) which variable is the most significant to self-owned Capital growth in mining based companies those are being listed on Indonesian stock exchange from 2004 to 2008. The qualified samples in this research are 12 companies; the independent variables that are predicted as the one affecting the self-owned Capital growth are current ratio, return on assets (ROA), and debt to eguity ratio (DER). The result of simultaneous test (F-test) shows that variable of current ratio, return on assets (ROA), and debt to eguity ratio (DER) have a significant effect to self-owned Capital growth, meanwhile from the partial test (t-test) and beta coefficient shows that only return on asset (ROA) has a significant effect to selfowned Capital growth, but the two others have no effect Based on R-square, the effect of independent variables (current ratio, ROA, and DER) to dependent variable (self-owned Capital growth) was 0.18. It means independent variables (current ratio, ROA, and DER) were able to explain only 18% of dependent variable, and the rest was explained by other variables which are not included in this research. I suggested the companies to increase their ability in making profit. If the companies had reached the optimal profit, it would attract the investor to invest their money in stock and it would increase the self-owned Capital growth. The fund can be used for financial activities and expansion that aim to maintain the company in the long run period.
