This study aimed to find out the influence of the number of the number third party funds and working Capital loan interest rate to the number ofworking Capital loan disbursement by commercial bank in Indonesia. The data used in this study was secondary data in 1990-2010. This study used quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques. Quantitative analysis was conducted by multiple regretion and Ordinary Least Square Method (OLS). The regretion results showed that the number of the number third party funds and working Capital loan interest rate significantly affected the number of working Capital loan disbursement by commercial bank in Indonesia
