This study aims to 1) identify the factors leading to bad loans at. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Manna Branch and 2) knowing the action plan done by. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Manna Branch. The results showed that the factors leading to bad loans is as follows: 1. Lack of honesty in the use of the debtor obtained credit. 2. The existence of several employees at the Administration Credits Page. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Manna Branches that do not make regular visits. 3. The existence of disasters such as floods, fires, are beyond the control of the bank. To improve the performance of banks in serving its customers, especially for loans, the bank advised the credit department should improve its analysis in order to avoid bad credit.
