One of the industries which contributes to the gross domestic product is the recycling industry. This study was aimed at finding out the productivity of the recycling industry in Indonesia analyzed using the multiple regression analysis. The scope of this study covered the recycling industries nationally. The data analyzed were the capitals, labors, labor productivity, Capital productivity, and outputs of the recycling industries in Indonesia in the period from 1998 to 2010. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Capital production factor and labor positively influenced the productivity of the recycling industries in Indonesia. The level of Capital productivity tended to decrease, but the level of labor productivity tended to increase from the year 1998 to 2010.
