This research was aimed to know the effectiveness of the response of interest rate policy of Bank Indonesia certiflcate by Bank Indonesia by analyzing the response of the interest rate of the loans of working Capital, investment, and consumer of regional government banks in Indonesia. The data used in this research were the secondary ones, i.e. the publication of interest rate (SBI) and interest rate of regional government banks in Indonesia. The interest rate was used as the independent variable that affected the interest rate of the loans of working Capital, investment, and consumer at regional government banks as dependent variables. The model used in this research was vector error correction model (VECM). The research findings showed that the independent variable only affected the interest rate of investment loan. The interest rate of SBI significantly affected the interest rate of investment loan of regional government banks, but the interest rate of SBI gave effect and was not significant toward the interest rate of working Capital loan and consumer loan.
