The objective of the research is to measure how big influence Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), and Return On Investment (ROI) as measurer of corporate performance to stock return on sector offood and beverages year 2005-2007. Election of population was determined to use census method 14 company that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during period 2005-2007 with use doubled regression analysis technique regression doubled Research finding has shown that according to simultaneous EVA, MVA, and ROI have influence to stock return with F-count in the amount of 0,215. Research finding according to parcial produce positif influence of MVA to stock retum with tcount in the amount of 0,469. Research finding according to parcial also produce negative influence of EVA and ROI to stock retum, has be shown with t-count each in the amount of -0,369 and -0,567. Toward three of independent variable that is EVA, MVA, and ROI, this research has fimd that MVA constitute dominant variable to influence magnitude of stock retum. This case show that MVA could be primary measure by investor in determine consideration when will invest to a stock. In order to give accurate information to investor, author suggest that company more carefully in usage of EVA and ROI. This is caused be disharmony between theory and research finding so can be consideration matter to investor in take investment policy.
