The study, entitled Analysis of EfFect of Campaign Against the Decisions Students choose STMIK Palcomtech Palembang aims to determine how much influence the promotion of a student's decision in choosing STMIK Palcomtech Palembang. The design of this study is conclusive by taking a sample of 89 people STMIK Palcomtech students. Data analysis technique used is to deskriptip analysis and quantitative analysis. The results and calculations show that the partial effect on the promotion of a student's decision. Simultaneous promotion of students able to explain the decision by 29%. The most influential variable is the dominant variable PR and Word of Mouth. The advice given by the authors is that companies should improve and increase again in the variable promotion Advertising, Personal Selling and Sales Promotion for the variable is capable of providing the value that suits your needs and desires of students STMIK Palcomtech Palembang
