This research is entitled, “Concentration and Production Levels of Four- Wheeled-or-More vehicle Industries” and was therefore aimed at identifying concentration and production levels of such industries and their relationship. The secondary data were collected front report dealing with efficiency level, value-added, number of companies, total costs withing the period of 1995 to 2008. A qualitative and quantitative descriptive method was applied. The result shows that the concentration and efficiency levels had a siqnificant ane negative relantionship. The linear regression computation show that there was a negative relationship between the concentration and efficiency. The concentration level affected the efficiency level at 28.76%.
