This study was aimed at finding out to what extent the personnel expenditure, goods and Services expenditures, and Capital expenditure influenced the economic growth of the district Musi Banyuasin. Economic growth is the increase of the economy in producing goods and Services which were calculated based on the GDP at constant prices in any given year stated in millions of Rupiahs. The data used in this study were secondary ones based on annual time series data in the period of 2001 through 2010 obtained from the Palembang Central Statistical Agency, Banyuasin Central Statistical Agency, and Financial Income Management Services and Regional Asset of District Banyuasin. Variables used were the personnel expenditure, goods and Services expenditure, Capital expenditure and economic growth. Qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques using Ordinary Least Square multiple linear regression methods were used to analyze the data. The results showed that personnel expenditure, goods and Services expenditure, and Capital expenditure shared equally and partially positive and significant influence on economic growth of District Banyuasin.
