This study is aimed at identifying the influence of foreign direct investment and bank credits on the economic growth Indonesia of 1985-2011. It uses secondary data that describe the economic growth Indonesia has experienced, the foreign direct investment (FDI), and the bank credits within this period and applies a dynamic analysis technique called Error Correction Model (ECM). The results show that FDI did not show a significant influence on the economic growth of Indonesia either in the short or long terms. Conversely, the bank credits did so in the short term but not it the long term.
