The tittle of this research is about the influence of Indonesian Bank’s Certificate interest rate and time deposit interest rate to economic growth from 1994 untill 2003. This research is purposed to analyze, first, how is the influence of Indonesian Bank’s certificate interest rate to time deposit interest rate, and the second about how is the influence of time deposit interest rate to our country’s economic growth. The variables which are used m this research consist of Indonesian Bank’s certificate interest rate, time deposit interest rate (12 months), and also the economic growth. To know the economic growth, by seeing Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in constant price. Data which are used here are secondary data that we can get from Central Board Statistics, etc. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.to solve the problems which have been talked before, it means to know the relation between independent variable and dependent variable, by using statistics test from the regression models one by one. The statistics test uses the significant rate 95 % and d 5 %. So, we can get the conclusion that Indonesian Bank’s Certificate interest rate has positive influence to time deposit interest rate. And then, time deposit interest rate (12 months) also has positive influence to economic growth.
