The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of The Fed rate and Exchange rate as independent variable to the Interbank Call Money rate as the Dependent Variabel in Indonesia in period 1995-2007. The data was used in this reaserch is time series data, that was secondary data come from various sources. To analyze this reaserch use the descriptive and quantitative technic analyze. The quantitative technic analyze using regression. The result show that the effect of The Fed rate and Exchange Rate have positive and significant relationsif to Interbank Call Money Rate. R squares is 0,4550 (45,50%) Interbank Call Money Rate is influenced by The Fed rate and Exchange rate. For 54,50% is influenced by another factors oudside model.
