This research aimed to analyze the factors which influence the govemment expenditure in Prabumulih City, such as school ages community, income per capita and govemment expenditure in education sector year before (t-1). This research used secondary data from 2001-2007. The technical analysis that been use in this research is doubled regression linier model. The regression result shows that govemment expenditure in education sector year before (t-1) variable have a positive influence at the factors of govemment expenditure in education sector in Prabumulih City, but for school ages community and income per capita variables have a autocorelation problem.
