This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline to teachers performance at SMKN 1 Gelumbang. The independent variable in this research is work discipline (X) and the dependent variable is teachers performance (Y). Population in this research is all the SMKN 1 Gelumbang teachers which numbers are 88 teachers and all the teachers became sampels in this research. Technique for analyzing data in this research is simple linear regression analysis. Data is processed through program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 20fh version. The result of this research showed that work discipline is significantly affect the teachers performance at SMKN l Gelumbang.
