This research entitled, “The Analysis Of The Influence Of The Capital And The Cost Labor To The Price Seiling Of Tent Business In Palembang City”. The objectives of this research are to know the influence of the Capital and the cost labor to price seiling. The method used in this research was t- test with level of confidence of 95%(a-0,05) and coefficient of determination, the method was used because the facts were observed and described. The population was tent business in Palembang city, the total of the students were 96 business, but only 6 tent business were selected as the samples of the research. The result of research found that the Capital and the cost labor have a significant influence of the price seiling of the tent business. Coefficient of determination reveals that the independent variables studied can explain as much as 88,1% of the influence to price seling of the tent business and the 11,9% was explained by the other independent variables.
