This study is entitled "The Implementation of Non-Smoking Area Policy in the Regional Development Planning Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency". The research is motivated by the presence of Regional Development Planning Agency Ogan Ilir Regency employees who smoke in Non-Smoking Zones as regulated in Ogan Ilir District Regulation No. 3/2015 on Non-Smoking Zones. This is due to the absence of sanctions imposed on employees who smoke in the No Smoking Area. This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Non-Smoking Area Policy in the Regional Development Planning Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency. The method that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses the Implementation Theory of Van Horn and Van Meter based on six variables: standards and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, communication between related organizations, attitudes of implementers, and social, economic, and political environment. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the No Smoking Area Policy at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Ogan Ilir Regency has been implemented, but it has not been maximized, this can be seen from the changes that occur, namely employees who initially smoked in the office have started to switch to smoking beside the office. There are seven employees who smoke in the No Smoking Area. That is because there is still no enforcement of sanctions against employees who smoke in No Smoking Area. Suggestions recommended in this study are to impose sanctions on employees who smoke in the No Smoking Area and increase the time of inspection.
