The objective of this research is to analysis how significant Buoyancy Regional, Real Income, by Counting Regional Real Income and Brute Regional Domestic Production. Data processed and analyzed are secondary data is Including time series data for a period of 1994-2003. Then Counting Natural Logarithms Regional Real Income with analyze regional real income elasticity. The data, then is estimated through regression calculating by using logarithm natural model analyze. From the research, it concluded that from years 1994-2003 budgeting periods. The buoyancy of regional real income is -4,335, or elastic. It means every changes 1% of PDRB will effect the change the revenue of regional real income is 4,335%.
