The objective of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of inflation, exchange rates and economic growth on the property sector stock price index at Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used the secondary data in the form of time series data, that is ihe quarterly data from the first quarter of 2006 to the fourth quarter of 2013 obtained from various reports and information published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank of Indonesia. The technique of analysis was mulliple regression with the ordinary least squares method. The property sector stock price index was the dependent variable, while inflation, exchange rates and e-onomic growth were the independent variables. The data were processed by using the E-views 6.0 program. The results of this study indicated that inflation had a significant negative influence on the property sector stock price index; exchange rates had a significant positive influence on the property sector stock price indev; and economic growth had a significant positive influence on the property sectoi stock price index at Indonesia Stock Exchange.
