This research is intend to analyze potency of retribution Izin Mendirikan Bangunan, efficiency, effectiveness, and so the influence Number of Building, Tariff, and Size of Land to Revenue of Izin Mendirikan Bangunan on Kecamatan Ilir Barat I. This research using qualitative descriptive and quantitative analyze with the linear multiple regression models. The area of observation including of Kecamatan Ilir Barat I and the Information of this research came from secondary data. This research has result that the potency of Izin Mendirikan Bangunan on Kecamatan Ilir Barat I did not optimize yet. Efficiency and effectiveness of Retribution Izin Mendirikan Bangunan from 1996 until 2005 according to indicator of financial perform shown that the criteria under efficient and did not effective yet. The estimation result shows that R2 (R Square) is 0,995 that means 99,5 percent of number of building, Tariff, and Size of Land can explain change the revenue of Retribution Izin Mendirikan Bangunan on Kecamatan Ilir Barat I. Meanwhile, from the result statistic test, Number of Building and Tarilf have significant influence to the revenue of Izin Mendirikan Bangunan on Kecamatan Ilir Barat I.
