PT. Warnatama Cemerlang branch Palembang is one of the company which is engaged in the distribution of paint products. This company has not used the proper estimation / forecasting method to manage customer requests and control the inventory which is can cause excess or lack of the inventory. One method which can be used to solve this distribution problem is the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method and also use FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques) as a developing system for this research. The results of this research indicate that the system can be implemented directly to minimize the errors in the taking proper decision for this company, especially in controlling the distribution activity in the future.
