This research is intended to analyze the effect deficit of APBN toward cartal money and giral money (Ml) in Indonesia. The sampling period is f r om 1990 until 2004. The data which is from various sources, some of them are Statistics Center Bureau, Bank of Indonesian, any literature and books. Analysis used in this research was qualitative analysis are with regression models. The analysis results, Known R2 is equal to 0,121 or 12,1 %. And the statistic test (t-test) result for deficit of APBN against cartal money and giral money (Ml) in Indonesian period 1990-2004 is significant. The writer hope this paper can became the resources of information that can explain the influence of deficit APBN to cartal money and giral money (Ml).
