The purpose by doing this research are to analyze area acceptance in Ogan Komering Ulu. The expectation is to become an Information that could explained how small/big the degree effect of decentralization, fiscal position and aid of Ogan Komering Ulu. AI1 of data that used data used based on secondary data from Department of State Income (DISPENDA) OKU, Bureau Investigation of Statistics (BPS) and other related resorts. An outline which founded to area acceptance in Ogan Komering Ulu which is for example : 1. Fiscal Decentralization Degree, 2. Fiscal Needs, 3. Fiscal Capacity and 4. Fiscal Effort. Technical analysis by using the description of qualitative approximation result indicated that the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization during range of time ten years ( 1995-2004) to the amount of 3 %, whereas the amount from PAD Contribution + tax and non tax share portion to PDRB around 17 % that mean the higher Dependent of Regency Government to Central Government. The amount of fiscal needs looking from PAD is 5 5 if adding by share portion from tax and non tax reach to 27 %. Fiscal Capacity relatively good if it compare with stan d a rt of fiscal average regency/town around South Sumatera, and for Fiscal position if using PDRB constant is 13,95 5 and if using current available PDRb is around 2,0 %.
