This research aimed to determine how Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) influence to the company's stock price on the mining sector during the period of December 2007 to February 2010. The samples used in this research are 13 mining companies listed at BEI continuously from December 2007 to February 2010. In this research, statistical tests of multiple regression analysis with partial test (T test) and simultaneously (F test) are applied. The results showed that the variables of EPS, ROE and PER have a significant impact on share prices of mining companies. Only variable EPS on partial test has a significant effect on stock prices while the ROE and PER did not significantly influence stock prices.
