The analysis of financial performance is used for measuring firm’s efficiency and productivity in the field of finance so that the achievement of the firm can be known. The objectives of this research are (1) to know the financial performance (2) to know the bankruptcy positions at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Palembang in the last seven years (from 2000 to 2006). Financial Ratios used for analyzing financial performance are liquidity ratios (current ratio, cash ratio, working Capital to total assets ratio), leverage ratios (total debt to total assets ratio, total debt to equity ratio, dan long term debt to equity ratio), profitability ratios (net profit margin, return on equity, return on investment) and activity ratios (total asset turnover ratio, receivable turnover, and working Capital turnover ratio). Besides that, discriminant altman Z-Score analysis used for analyzing the bankruptcy positions business. Research findings show that liquidity ratios fluctuate at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Palembang during seven years (from 2000 to 2006). Leverage ratios and Activity ratios tended to decrease at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Palembang during seven years (from 2000 to 2006). And profitability ratios tended to increase at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Palembang during seven years (from 2000 to 2006). In the contrary Z-Score at PT. Sri Varia Wisata Palembang in 2000 safe from bankruptcy position, from 2001 to 2005 potential from bankruptcy position, and in 2006 safe from bankruptcy position.
