The Purpose of this research is to analyze the influence interest rate and to Money Supply M1 in Indonesia period J993-2007. Data are used in this research is secondary data, they are data interest rate duration for 12 month, and Money Supply M1. To analyze this research is used the quantitative technic analyze. The quantitative technic analyze using simple regression by A RMA method. The result of this research show the effect interest rate is negative to Money Supply Mi, where the increasing interest rate cause the decreasing to Money Supply and the increasing cause the increasing Money Supply too.
