This research to analyze the impact of interest rate and profit sharing to the third party funds of the Islamic Banking in Indonesia period of January 2007 to June 2009 by using secondary data. This research is using quantitative and qualitative analysiSy where quantitative analysis is using multiple regression and Autoregressive Model. Based on the result, shows that deposit interest rate and profit sharing are significantly influence the third party funds in a period of the research. Interest rate has negative impact to the third party funds of Islamic Banking. When interest rate is increasing, then third party funds will be decreasing. Profit sharing has positive influence to the third party funds, means that in every increasing of profit sharing will be followed by the increasing of the funds collectedfrom third party. Meanwhile, the decreasing of profit sharing will be followed by the decreasing of the third party funds.
