This research have purposed to know how the influence of Job Satisfaction of Teachers Performance in SMA Yayasan Bakti Prabumulih. The results showed that challenging work, the rewards you deserve, support colleagues and work environment as indicators of job satisfaction that supports it in a positive effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Yayasan Bakti Prabumulih with responsibility, labor discipline, and work performance as indicators of teachers performance. From the analysis was known that the influence of job satisfaction on the performance that is equal to 13,1%. The Regression equation between job satisfaction and performance is Y = 27,090 + 0,362X where the regression coefficient of job satisfaction that is equal to 0,362 this indicates that job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Yayasan Bakti Prabumulih. To improve job satisfaction it is necessary to consider the factors that influence it, for example the work itself fringe benefits provided, the attitude of colleagues, and working conditions. Therefore, by the attention of school administrators and the realization of these policies in an effort to increase teacher ’s job satisfaction, it can be a positive influence also on the performance of teachers in SMA Yayasan Bakti Prabumulih.
