There are two main objectives of undergoing this research. First, it is to determine whether or not there is influence of work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Rolimex Kimia Nusamas Palembang. The other one is to know how work discipline and performance of employees at the company relate to each other. The methods of data collecting used to conduct this study were questionnaires test to test the validity and reliability of questionnaires and used 58 respondents. Furthermore, a simple regression analysis was used to find the regression equation. The next step done was doing the partial test to test the hypotheses. Then, correlation and coefficient determination tests were done to find out the relationship between the independent and dependent variables and to find out how much the independent variable was influenced by the dependent variable. The study result sowed that was discipline influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Rolimex Kimia Nusamas Palembang and there was a high and positive correlation between the work discipline and the performance of employees of the company.
