This study was entitled “The Influence of Inflation and Public Expenditure to the Indonesian Economic Growth during period of 1991-2010”. The formulation of research problem was “What is the influence of public expenditure and inflation to the economic growth, and how much do the two variables influence the economic growth?” The data used in this study were from inflation, economic growth, and public expenditure from 1990-2010. The data were collected from several sources such as Indonesian Bank, Statistics Indonesia (BPS), and World Bank. This study used multiple regression models. In addition, it also used classical assumption test that consisted of normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heterodicity test. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the inflation had negative effect to economic growth. However, public expenditure had positive correlation to the economic growth.
