PENGARUH FAKTOR PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN TIKET ONLINE KONSUMEN PT. KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) (Studi Pada Kereta Api Rajabasa Tujuan Kertapati - Tanjung karang)
This research was aimed at finding the influence of psychological factors such as motivation, perception, leaming, and also belief and attitude. on the customers decision to buy online Kertapati - Tanjungkaraang tickets at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), and determining the most dominant one to do so. The sample consisted of 85 respondents. The findings show that the psychological factors influenced the decision to buy the tickets online 0,397% and the rest 60,3% was influenced by other factors. Of the five factors - motivasion, perception, leading, belief and attitude, the most dominant factors influencing the decision were belief and attitude.
