This study was intended to find out (1) values development of, (2) efficiency development of, and (3) relationship betvveen (1) and (2) of Indonesia paper industry concentration. The secondary included those collected from Central Statistics Bureau in the period of 1992 - 2007. The industry concentration was measured by the added values of four biggest companies compared to those of the totals by other companies. The efficiency production was measured by the indicator resulting from the ratio of added values and post-produetion costs. The computation shows concentration development and efficiency values fluetuated. The regression testing indicated a positive relationship between the concentration and industrial efficiency.
