The purpose of this research is to know how the company achievement if measured by using balanced scorecard approximation in PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (PERSERO) Palembang Branch Office. This research uses the description method. The variety of data is used are the primary and secondary data, the data collection that is used is the interview. documentation, and literature. The results of this research which could bc concluded is PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (PERSERO) Palembang Branch Office, has apply the Balanced Scorecard approximation in measuring its own achievement. The company achievement in learning and growth perspective shows the better results. marked by the increasing amount of employee that join the trainee, the increase of trainee load ratio. The attempt of company in innovation process by earning the sum of international certificate and doing the business visit constitution to customers shows the improvement of company achievement is going better in internal business perspective process. Innovation process and visitation process to customers is the company attemptation to increase the customers pleasure, this show that the achievement of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (PERSERO) Palembang Branch Office at customers perspective shows the result is going better. Company achievement in financial perspective shows the better results, marked with the increasing income after the unmeaned increase al ROI and net profit margin.
