This research was intended to identify the two sago chip producers’ behavior, spccific of Jambi, in implemcnling thcir stratcgics. The primary data were collected from interviews, the secondary data from reports of these offices in Jambi: Central Bureau for Statistics, and Industry and Trade. The research results show that the two producers created four kinds of products: lepeh, kembang jalin, kipas selapet and melati. In terms of price, they set up 6.7% to 18.34% mark ups. In adaition, they usea Icafiets, e-ads, and outlets for their promotion.
