The purpose of this research is to fmd out the concentration ratio, pricing strategy, and profit rate of traditional housing industry in Ogan Ilir. The data has been used are secondary and primary data ffom fifty firms of traditional companies. The primary data was collected by observing and interviewing the respondens, while secondary data was collected from many sources including Central Beauro of Statistics, Department of Industry and Commerce Ogan Ilir, and Department of Transportation Ogan Ilir. Based on the data its found that the market structure of traditional home industry is oligopoly with differentiated product The result of this research shows that the traditional home industry in Ogan Ilir uses market oriented pricing strategies. The owner of the business yield economic profit ffom the business.
