The main purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Dividend Policy, Free Cash Flow, Return On Asset on Firm Value Of Publicly Listed Companies In ISE by use secondary data during the period 2008-2011. The data for this study were obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression. Analysis were use T-test method. In this research, firm value as dependent variable and dividend policy, free cash flow, return on assets as independent variable. Data tasted using program SPSS 17 series. The results in this research have shown that Dividend Payout Ratio and Return On Assets significant effect on firm value but Free Cash Flow is not significant effect on firm value of publicly listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE).
