The purpose of this study aims to recognize the financial performance of construction sector companies that has been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this research is to analyse dividend payout ratio, debt to equity ratio dan net profit margin may affect stock prices. This research population is as much as 15 companies. The analitycal technique is regression by multiple using panel data method. The study shows that dividen payout, debt to equity ratio and net profit margin ratio had no significant effect on stock price. The implication of this research manager should consider other financial performance of the company other than a variable in this study in determining the stock price and be a consideration for investment investor.
