This study is aimed at analyzing the Effects of inflation. Bank of Indonesia Rate. and Foreign Direct Investment on the Rupiah Exchange Rate in Indonesia. The time series dala from the year 1997 to 2012 laken from the Bank of Indonesia and the Central Stalistic Agency are analyzed using the Ordinary Least Square in Eviews 6.1 program. Based on the results of the classical assumption test, it is found that there is no classical assumption deviation which means that the data can be analyzed using the muitiple linear regression. This study shows that inflation positively affects the Rupiah exchange rate, whereas Bank of Indonesia Rate and Direct Foreign Investment negatively alfect the Rupiah exchange rate. The results of t-test also shows that inflation, Bank of Indonesia Rate and Direct Foreign Investment respectively have significant effects on the Rupiah exchange rate. Moreover, the result of F-test shows that inflation. Bank of Indonesia Rate and Direct Foreign Investment respectively have significant effects on the Rupiah exchange rate.
