This research aims to find out how to influence the work environment against the employee work spirit at the Department of earth building tax in the office of palembang revenue area. The population in this research as much as 45 employees. The source of the data used in the research is primary data obtained from the questionnaire and observation as well as secondary data in the form of notes containing information about the organization. Methods of data analysis using the simple linear method. The data is processed through the program of Product Service Stastistical Solution (SPSS) version 19.00. The results showed that the working environment was significantly influential and positive on employee work spirit at the Department of earth building tax in the office of palembang revenue area
