This study aims to identify and analyze how much influence the work environment to motivate employees at PT Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang ( SAK ) . Population of this study was the total number of employees in PT Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang , totaling 42 people . The sampling technique of this research using sampling techniques saturated , thus the sample of this study were all employees at PT Sri Aneka Karyatama Palembang , but which can be taken only numbered 40 people . This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple regression analysis as a method of data analysis techniques . The results showed the Work Environment able to explain or influence significantly by 27.4 % on employee motivation , while the remaining 72.6 % is influenced by other variables outside the research .
