ANALISIS PENGARUH DIFERENSIASI PRODUK TABUNGAN SHAR-E TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH PADA BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA CABANG PALEMBANG
This research is conducted to determine the influences of product differentiation, which consists of three variables (Percualiarity, Performance Quality and Appropriate Quality) toward the customer decision in Muamalat Bank. The aims of this research are, l) To determine whether product differentiation influences the customer decision in Muamalat Bank 2) To determine what are the variables of product differentiation which influence mostly in customer decision. This research also involves 100 respondents who are customers Muamalat Bank Branch Palembang. The T test in this research shows that Peculiarity, Performance Quality and Appropriate Quality influence the customer decision, this fact can be seen in the following equation Y = 1,744 + 0,545 X2 + 0,355 XS. The most influential product differentiation variable is the performance quality, which constitutes 0.545 then product differentiation has regression coeficcient value of 0.715, which means 71,5% of variations of the product differentiation is able to explain the factors involve in cutomer decision making process. Meanwhile, 28.5% of those can be explained by other variables which are not discussed in this research , for instances promotion, price, brand , product positioning etc. As suggestions, firstly, Muamalat Bank especially branch Palembang have to maintain and performance quality savings Shar-e and Service consider to customers so have characteristic and competitive advantage for interest society become customer.
