The objective of this research is to examine the impact of Capital structure to profitability in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in research is all property and real estate company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, at a period time of 2005 to 2009, amounting to 41 company. Sample choice by using purposive sampling method amount to 10 company. Technique test of data is by using simple linier regression to test by partial. Result of test by partial that Capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) have an effect to profitability (return On Equity) and Capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) doesn’t have an effect to profitability (Net Profit Margin)
