The Objective of this research is to obtain information on how a non-profit institution implementing good governance in operations, and to determine whether the implementation of good governance which is Transparency, Accountability, Responsiveness, and Participation have been implemented then it’s increases loyalty and satisfaction of muzaki in DSIM foundation. The result of this research shows that the implementation of good governance in DSIM foundation have going well through the procedural of collecting and distributing performance. Implementing good governance as good as transparency, accountability, responsiveness and participation are in Standard of procedural, in spite of financial report of DSIM have yet be involves external auditor to audit operational and financial report and it’s part of necessary. Overall the impact of good governance implementation gives significant impact through the muzaki satisfaction and loyalty. The writer give advice to the foundation uses a independent auditor in which perform an audit financial and operational report directly give more a loyalty and satisfaction to stakeholder especially muzaki.
