PENGARUH TARIF, FITUR DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN KARTU AXIS OLEH MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
This study is a survey conducted at Axis card consumers who are in the Faculty of Economics, University of Srivijaya, Inderalaya, under the title Influence Rates, Features, and the Campaign Against The Axis Card Consumer Decision Sriwijaya University Students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the rates, features, and promotion of consumer decision-Axis card and know the level of customer satisfaction among card users Axis Sriwijaya University students. Data collection methods used in this study is a quantitative method through the dissemination of the questionnaire, respondents with a total of 30 people. The analysis tools test the validity, reliabilities test, t test (partial), F test (overall), and regression analysis. The results of this study, it is known that the variable rates, features, and promotions have a positive and significant influence consumer decisions by Axis card Sriwijaya University students.
