This study aims to determine the influence of career development to work satisfaction of AJB Bumiputera Sekip Regional Offices Palembang. The population in this study were all employees at AJB Bumiputera Kantor Wilayah Sekip Palembang totaling 34 people. Sampling technique in this study using sampling techniques saturated, so the samples in this study were all employees at AJB Bumiputera Kantor Wilayah Sekip Palembang totaling 34 people. This study uses primary data obtained via questionnaires and simple regression analysis as a method of data analysis techniques. The results showed that there are significant between work motivation on employees performance at AJB Bumiputera Kantor Wilayah Sekip Palembang.
