The purpose of this research is to analyze this influence of educational function flnancing, economic, public Service, and housing, public facility to the economic growth of Palembang city. The data which is used in this research is secondary data that forms time serich through publicity of authoritative department and institution. The analysis method that used is simple regression method. The result of this research show during 1999-2009, educational function flnancing, economic, public service, and housing, public facility give a positive influence to the economic growth of the Palembang city. Based on the results of simple regression analysis showed that the expenditure variable function of education, economy, public Services, and housing, public facilities has positive influence on economic growth variable, whereas the t test results showed that the expenditure variable function of education, economy, public Services, and housing facilities general have a significant impact on economic growth variables at a significance level of 95 percent
