This research aims to know how the influence of Product Domestic Regional Bruto, number of population, number of school and government expenditure previous year (t-1) towards government expenditure of Palembang City. The data that been used in this research is secondary data during 15 years, from 1992 until 2006. The technical analyze that been used in this research is doubled linier regression model. The regression result shows that Product Domestic Regional Bruto and government expenditure previous year have a significant influence towards government expenditure of Palembang City. But, foe number of population and number of school have not significant towards government expenditure of Palembang City.
